As the Chief Financial Officer for Peak Renovations Nick directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions and provides leadership in developing the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives for the organization. Nick brings over 20 years of experience from many aspects of finance, taxation and legal services. He has worked with financial planners, served as a portfolio manager and practiced law in the State of Texas and Arkansas for the last 15 years with a focus on a transactional practice consisting of state and federal tax matters, business and corporate law, real estate and complex estate planning. Nick is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds degrees from the University of Central Arkansas (Master of Business Administration), University of Arkansas-Little Rock (Juris Doctorate) and Southern Methodist University (Master of Laws in Taxation). Nick is also a Certified Public Accountant and is active in his church, Williams Memorial United Methodist.
