We recently completed a renovation project at The Margot, a premier luxury apartment community in Bellevue, Washington. Though originally built in 2018, this high-end property needed a refresh to stay competitive with newer developments in the area. The renovation included a large-scale leasing office remodel, exterior repainting, and an upgraded rooftop BBQ/lounge area. The original design featured a cool-toned, modern contemporary aesthetic, but the new vision embraces warm wood tones, brass accents, and a more inviting atmosphere.
KEY ENHANCEMENTS:
- Leasing Office, Manager’s Office & Mail Room: Fresh paint, wall coverings, custom-made desks, and upgraded lighting.
- Main Foyer: A complete redesign featuring new lighting, a fireplace, custom-built seating and benches, handcrafted stair treads, and a custom steel handrail.
- Mezzanine Level: A brand-new bar area, along with a renovated conference room and bathroom.
This transformation has elevated The Margot’s aesthetic while ensuring it remains a standout luxury residence in Bellevue.
